The Worst Diets To Avoid
Comments OffMillions of people throughout the world try different fad diets each day, and each day millions of people fail at losing the weight and keeping it off. Fad diets may give you fast results, but as soon as you go off the diet you gain the weight back. The worst diet ever invented is the beef and bacon diet. Both are high in fat and cholesterol. Not only will it not help you lose weight, it is extremely bad for your health. A few others that are almost as bad are the Twinkie diet and the cookie diet. How could eating high calorie and sugar foods help you lose weight? You may be tempted to try these diets, but fight the urge to give in. Just keep in mind that any diet that focuses on consuming sugars and highly processed ingredients and ignores complex carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables is not beneficial to your well-being. You will always end up gaining the weight back and having to start all over with a new diet.
